From Frustration to Foundation – The RC Group Story

Repair Centre Group wasn’t built in a boardroom — it was born out of frustration in the real world. Back in 2014, we launched as a transport company, running a busy fleet across the UK. Like many in the commercial sector, we relied on local repair centres to keep our vehicles on the road. But time after time, we were let down — slow turnaround times, inconsistent quality, and a serious lack of care.

So, we did what any determined business would do: we rolled up our sleeves and started fixing our own vehicles.

By 2021, what began as an internal solution became a fully-fledged bodyshop, tailored to deliver the speed and standards we couldn’t find elsewhere. Word spread fast. Other businesses in our industry, facing the same challenges we once did, began turning to us for their body repairs — and before we knew it, we were busier fixing other people’s vehicles than our own.

That’s when Repair Centre Group officially opened its doors to the public.

Today, we’re proud to run a clean, professional, and fully equipped 5,000 sq ft workshop dedicated to one simple promise: quality craftsmanship with zero compromise on turnaround time. From minor scuffs to major accident repairs, we treat every vehicle like it's part of our own fleet — because that’s how we got here.
